- Your access code is sent by SMS – enter it directly on the room lock keypad.
- Please reply “Check In” once you have entered your room.
๐งน Housekeeping
- Hang “Please Make My Room” on your door if service is required.
- No housekeeping on weekends & public holidays.
- Fresh towels available on request from Reception any day.
- Please keep valuables with you; management is not responsible for loss or damage.
๐บ TV & โ๏ธ Air Conditioning
- TV: Press the “TV” button on the remote. If not working, dial 9.
- A/C: Insert a card into the power slot (above the sink). Select mode & fan speed, and allow 10 minutes to heat/cool. Dial 9 for help.
๐ Parking
- One car space per room (subject to availability).
- Please do not park in front of other units.
- Parking is unsecured and at guests’ own risk.

- ๐ญ No Smoking in rooms. A cleaning fee may apply if smoke odour remains. Please use the designated smoking area (left of entrance).
- ๐พ No Pets (assistance dogs welcome).
- ๐คซ Quiet Hours: 7:30 pm – 7:00 am.
- ๐ No Parties or gatherings of more than 5 people.
- ๐ช Please respect property – do not move furniture or attach items to walls.

- Mon–Thu: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Fri–Sat: 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
- Sun & Public Holidays: Room service delivery only

- Charges are billed to the supplied card unless otherwise arranged.
โฐ Check-Out
- Standard check-out: 10:00 am (late check-out may incur a fee).
- Please reply “Checked out” to your check-in SMS when departing.
- Lost & found items are kept at Reception for 1 week (perishables disposed immediately).
- Restaurant dishes do not need washing; please rinse in-room cups/utensils before leaving.
