  • Hang “Please Make My Room” on your door if service is required.
  • No housekeeping on weekends or public holidays.
  • Fresh towels available on request from Reception any day.
  • Please keep valuables with you; management is not responsible for loss or damage.


๐Ÿ“บ TV &  โ„๏ธ Air Conditioning

  • TV: Press the “TV” button on the remote. If not working, dial 9.
  • Air Conditioning: Insert a card into the power slot (above the sink). Select mode and fan speed, and allow up to 10 minutes to heat/cool. Dial 9 for assistance.


๐Ÿš— Parking

  • One car space per room (subject to availability).
  • Please do not park in front of other units.
  • Parking is unsecured and at guests’ own risk.

  • Charges are billed to the supplied card unless otherwise arranged.


โฐ Check-Out

  • Standard check-out is 10:00 am. Late check-out may incur a fee.
  • Please reply “Checked out” to your SMS when departing.
  • Lost & found items are kept for 1 week (perishables disposed immediately).
  • Restaurant dishes do not need washing; please rinse in-room cups/utensils before leaving.
